Registration fees (early / late)

  • Regular: 700 DKK / 1200 DKK
  • Accompanying person: 350 DKK / 600 DKK

The regular registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to all scientific sessions

  • Transport between Kerteminde and Nyborg

The accompanying persons registration fee includes:

  • Excursion
  • Transport between Kerteminde and Nyborg

Accommodation

  • Accommodation in single room 1800 DKK
  • Accommodation in double room 1200 DKK per person
  • Full Board 2800 DKK
Accommodation covers hotel room for 3 nights including breakfast.

Full Board covers:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Lunches, Dinner and coffee breaks during conference
  • Conference Dinner

Accommodation and Ful Board are payable to the hotel before departure.

These special rates are only available through the REM8 registration system.
The conference has currently reserved all the rooms in the hotel for delegates.

You are, of course, welcome to find alternative accommodation on the internet in Kerteminde, Munkebo (7 km) Nyborg (20 km) and Odense (22 km).
